Our first session is a chance for us to get to know one another. I’ll ask questions about what brings you in, your current challenges, and what you hope to gain from therapy. We’ll begin to outline a direction that feels aligned with your values and goals—no pressure, just conversation.

I specialize in working with high-achieving adults, including professionals, creatives, entrepreneurs, and health care providers. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, identity shifts, or the emotional impact of demanding roles. I also have deep experience helping individuals reduce or quit nicotine and alcohol.

Entrepreneurs and executives often carry intense pressure—accountability to teams, funders, and a vision that doesn’t always leave room for rest. I’ve worked with leaders at every stage, and I understand both the adrenaline and the emotional weight that come with building something from nothing. Therapy can offer space to process, stay connected to your values, and find clarity in the chaos.

Yes. I’ve worked with writers, artists, designers, and performers who navigate not just external expectations but also internal ones—like the drive to create meaningful work while battling self-doubt, perfectionism, or imposter feelings. Therapy can help you reconnect with your voice and your vision, while building tools to manage the emotional demands of your craft.

Absolutely. As a clinician and faculty member, I deeply respect the confidentiality and complexity of seeking support while also being a caregiver. Many health professionals find it hard to take up space for their own needs. Therapy can be a place where you don’t have to hold it all together—where you can be fully human, without judgment.

I offer secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth sessions to clients in New York, Connecticut and Florida. Many clients appreciate the convenience, privacy, and flexibility of virtual care.
-
I use evidence-based approaches tailored to your unique needs. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based interventions. My work is structured enough to be effective, but flexible enough to feel natural and human.

I am an out-of-network provider, which means I do not take insurance directly. However, many clients are able to get partial reimbursement through their insurance plans, and I provide a monthly superbill to support that process.
